I don't know what the temperature was at 6:15pm, but let me tell you...it was brutal out there. Sun scorching down on us as we "suffered" through this workout. When it was all over and I caught my breath I really do feel good and strong about this workout. I pushed it, although thinking about it a couple of hours of later, I think I probably could have done a higher weight on the kettle bell.

21 KB swings (I used 25lb)
400 meter run (ran the entire time)
21 chest to bar pull ups (I used a box to help me get over the bar...not chest to bar, but that's okay by me)
400 meter run (ran the straights; walked the curves for the duration of runs)
15 KB swings
400 meter run
15 chest to bar pull ups
400 meter run
9 KB swings
400 meter run
9 chest to bar pull ups
400 meter run
